Harold R. Evensky, CFP

Harold Evensky, CFP, is Chairman of the Evensky Group, Private Family Offices. Mr. Evensky received his bachelor and master's degrees from Cornell University. He is Chair of the International CFP Council, past Chair of the CFP Board of Governors, the Board of Appeals and the CFP Board of Examiners. He has served on the national board of the International Association for Financial Planning and the Charles Schwab Institutional Advisory Council. He is a Contributing writer for Financial Advisor Magazine, Chair of the Editorial Advisory Board of the Asia Financial Planning Journal and has served on the Editorial Advisory Board of the Journal of Financial Planning, Mr. Evensky is an internationally recognized speaker on investment and financial planning issues. In addition, he has written for and is quoted frequently in the national press, and is the author of Wealth Management, published by McGraw/Hill.
